Why Kartoon Kracker?

Kartoon Kracker was born out of a need to satisfy everyone’s hunger for their heroes (or villains) on their screens.

But we also believe that crackers are the simplest and very satisfying forms of comfort food. In fact, they could be considered essential. Just like us; indispensable apparel and footwear for a wholesome breakfast of champions.

How do I purchase from your online store?

Browse our list of products here, choose from the different categories available, and filter them according to your preferences! Once you find your desired item(s) in the right colour and size, add them to your cart, and you’re all set to check out. Your shipping and billing details will be requested when you decide to check out the items in your cart.

Are there new lines that will be introduced? How often?

We are continuously working hard to bring you the latest and most popular lines of cartoon characters to put them on your favourite apparel and shoes. Our licensing processes will depend on how quickly the licensors respond to us, but we try our best to bring out new lines ever so often to give you the best range of choices at an affordable price!

What ages do you cater to?

We cater to children aged 3 to 12. From toddlers to pre-teens, Kartoon Kracker aims to grow with your child throughout their growing years.

Do you have a physical store where I can browse and purchase my desired products?

Our products are available in all major department stores in Singapore.

My desired product is out of stock. Can I make a special request?

Unfortunately, we do not take special requests at this moment. If your desired item is out of stock, you can send us an email at sales@supervaluindo.com with the item’s SKU, colour and size, and we will see what we can do!

How can I pay for my purchase?

You may pay for your purchases via credit/debit card when you choose to check out your items in your cart. Your payment details will be requested when you have confirmed your items.

Can I modify my purchase?

If you have already confirmed your order and have provided us with your shipping and billing details, you are still able to modify your purchase if we have not sent you an order confirmation email. Please write in to us at sales@supervaluindo.com immediately, and we will attend to your request. However, do take note that modifications to your purchase are not guaranteed if the order has already been packaged and shipped out.

What to do if I find missing/defective/incorrect items in my purchase?

Please email us at sales@supervaluindo.com or give us a call at 6438 6683 so that we may rectify your missing/defective/incorrect items immediately.

When will my order be processed?

Kartoon Kracker operates on all weekdays except public holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

How will my order be sent to me?

How long is the returns process?

Upon receipt of the return, we will take up to 15 working days to process the return. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

The full refund will be credited to your original form of payment. If you purchased your order by credit card, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the refund to process.
