Exchanges

You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received your products..

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact. Your item needs to have the receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase.

Please drop us an email at sales@supervaluindo.com stating the reason for exchanging and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the exchange.

All goods will be inspected on return. We will try our very best  to accept all exchange.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are exchanging and obtain proof of posting.

Refunds

You can request a refund on your items within 7 days of receiving your original order.

If you're returning something, please drop us an email at sales@supervaluindo.com stating

  1. your order date
  2. your order number
  3. your product quantity, code and description
  4. your reason for returning

and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the return.

We'll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. However, sale items do not qualify for refunds.

All goods will be inspected on return. We will try our best to accept all returns, and returns to us need to be in the unused condition with original packaging and all tags intact. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
